Henry Alpert
The not-so-secret identity behind Action Copy is Henry Alpert, a mild-mannered everyman who lives in the watery metropolis of New Orleans, Louisiana.
Although he may seem like just another man on the street, Henry has a mission. He believes that written communications in the business world can reach higher standards and serve a greater purpose. For him, good writing adds up to more than the sum of individual parts. It offers structured thinking and the efficient transmission of messages. It serves to focus objectives, create connections between people, and solve business problems. On the other hand, poor writing erects stumbling blocks in the path of a company’s goals. It can generate as many problems as it attempts to solve.
Henry seeks clients who have equally high standards and who understand how powerful concepts and communications are essential to their organization’s prosperity.
In the early part of his writing career, Henry worked in a number of journalism positions including one in Gotham City (well, NYC). Later, he taught business writing at Tulane University and composition classes at the University of New Orleans. Henry started his writing business in 2004, and Action Copy arrived a few years later. As demand for his writing services grows, Henry has been including proofreaders and researchers in his Action Copy team. The goal: to help businesses and organizations employ the power of the written word to reach their full potential.
